Education

Here's something which is often confused with studies, for me education is anything which enables a human being to live a functional life, which has a mission and makes person's identity important to this world.

Parents send their children to school to ensure that kids are well educated, but learning math formulas, a couple of books, scoring 90-100% completes education? NO!! That's just a part of it. Education means overall development of a human being, it goes without saying that an "educated" person is well balanced, knows his priorities and aligns his tasks and responsibilities with ways to earn to live a happy life and spread happiness across. I am digging into an educated person's life, I see many people who call themselves educated cheating others, they are egotic and arrogant because they consider themselves superior. Is that what education gives? No, that's something you have developed with time and goes against the definition.

Taking a real life example, people who have good scores are given more preference and are considered to be smart and logical. I see only 10% people around me logical and 80% of them are "educated". Being logical is a part of human personality that weighs tasks before acting. Taking example of my lovely country, India, people here are proud of their customs and religions which is a good thing but when did religions get associated with superstitions?? It's our fault! We fail to understand what is good and what is bad and blindly follow what is said.

Taking example of person who questions things. I have personally seen people cursing people who do not accept things blindly because they think questioning is a disrespect to what is "true" for them. I have seen many illiterate people doing a fabulous job and helping mankind, I do not hesitate to call them educated because they lead a functional life which has a meaning. They live for a cause and that's how one needs to be.

Marks, Books, certificates, mark sheets, medals are not education! Living with wisdom is education!

Soul...

A very unique thing, I doubt if exists. For me it is consciousness, when you are sleeping your soul is still awake. That makes you dream about something you want or have in mind, believe me or not, your dreams can actually be raw information to know your mental state. It's all about consciousness, when you die, your conscious tells your heart not to function. The cell replacement process stops. To wind up, your conscious is no more functional. When you are under anesthesia, your conscious is forced to not feel any pain for some time, the dose is calculated based on your body structure. Again, if poison, a chemical that can make your conscious stop functioning kills you.

Consciousness is very close to being psychologically active, if you are not aware, certain psychoactive products can change the way you think and command your soul to work in a different way! Commonly used psychoactive products are tea, coffee, alcohol and drugs. They have the capability to control the way you react, think and respond.

Soul is mind's decision making part. Did you know that your body builds millions of cells everyday and you aren't even aware of it. The efficiency of body is not just energy, when you work out, you are forcing the energy to work on your muscles and that's how it works for everything. Similarly, when you do yoga or meditation, you are asking your mental setup to improve itself. That's why you feel much relaxed and rejuvenated. Soul decides what kind of a person you are, all of us have 2 eyes, 2 legs, one stomach and brain! Like my other posts say "humans are programmable" and we have been programmed.  Soul is the program which doctors haven't been able to find out yet. That's a sort of chemical I can say, body is all about chemicals. Acid in your stomach is a chemical,blood, water and every single thing in us is a chemical compound.

One who has a good program installed in his body is wise and the other is fool. As simple as that, when the program stops functioning properly that's when you fall sick and have problems. The day the program stops functioning person is declared "DEAD". Do not let your program go wrong, keep an eye on it. That's why you feel good when you follow certain practices, donating stuff tells your inner self "you did a good thing" and soul is happy! You kill someone, your inner self "soul" tells you that you were wrong!

Soul are basically a collection of thoughts, some at back of your mind and some active. Make it work well by keeping it happy. Not by adding chemicals to it, your body pretty much takes care of everything you want it to do. The question is "Do you really want to be happy and are not a pessimist".


Help yourself, help your soul and align it in such a way so that even when your body is not on this earth, your soul's footprints (deeds) are alive in hearts :)

Why?? - The most powerful question

The antonym for OKAY is WHY!! you want to know why?? J

Let me tell you how this powerful question works. You wake up every morning, get ready, go to work or school, come back and sleep and the cycle goes on! right? probably yes for most of us...

Now, I am not asking you to question each and every thing in life. Just requesting you to use it appropriately. If you work or study. Ask yourself, what is it going to give you. Sounds simple and stupid. Doesn't it? Trust me, sit for a while and ask your inner self why are you studying or working and search for a scientific answer. The answer maybe something like this "I go to school because I want to be so and so... or I work because I want to earn so and so amount..." Here rises another question. Let me take an example and say "I am studying because I want to become and engineer or I am working as a software engineer so that I can earn and support my family". This leads to one more big WHY??

Ask yourself "why do I want to become an engineer and why not a doctor or a journalist or a lawyer" or "how much do I need to earn to support my family and grow as a good professional". Now if you get an answer good, but if no! you are in problem my friend. Just because your dad asked you to become an engineer and you said OKAY and opted for an engineering course, take it from me, you are heading in the wrong direction and are going to be guilty in the long run (maybe 6 years down the line). The right way is, if he suggests you something, it's just a suggestion. Now it's your responsibility to ask "What course/profession/job or anything should I go for and WHY!"

That makes the question "WHY" real strong and powerful. "Why" is the answer to everything
"Why do I like spending sometime doing something?" - because you like it
"Why engineering and not medical field?" - because maybe you are technically inclined
"Why am I trying so much to earn and is it worth?" - maybe you need to work more, relax or plan
"Why do I fold my hands every morning and say 'Thank you lord!' " - because you believe him
"Why do I love writing" – because I want to propagate my ideas across
"Why I want to propagate my ideas" – To create awareness and make this world a better place to live J

These were a few examples how just one question can make certain things in your life very very simple. You know yourself and your plans in a better way, you do not want to blindly follow what is being said, rather you want to question why it was said, make use of the most powerful thing in this world "MIND" and live a happy, peaceful life :)

Do not forget to ask "WHY??" Do not say “OKAY to everything and follow it, you might land up in shit!”

Today on 4th Feb 2011 I am writing my first blog with hope to connect with people who are really independent and wish to make this world a better place to live. From the experience I have had in past, I see most of the issues come up because people are not loyal to themselves and are somehow on the wrong path.

It's really sad but I feel we humans are still not independent! Most of the human beings here have lost humanity, I see most of us chained in religions and obsessive thoughts. Can we not stop and think what is correct and what is not. Have we become so weak that we are unable to identify that humanism binds all of us. Can we not think about spreading love and happiness?  We need to stop and identify the path we are following.  I want to be a little specific to religions today because I somehow felt that they are not allowing us to think what a human being should! With all due respect I salute all the religions but there's something we need to look at. Are we really following what they say?

I have read many articles and books on religions but none of them say wrong about other religion! What is the matter then? I feel it's because of the way we think and perceive. We have formed a habit of following what has been done in the past, the habit has become so strong that it's not allowing us to think about things and people around us in a proper manner. I wish I was born in a world with no superstitions and if I wasn't born, I'll try to make it better for others. With this initiative I would like to connect to people and come up with ideas to make earth a better place to live!

Let us wear a smile and kill any and every obstacle in our way!

Life

Life, starts with a cry as soon as you are born, is full of joy when you are less than 5, is unpredictable after that... Really unpredictable because you start taking snapshots of what's happening around. We perceive all the pictures in our mind in different ways and that makes each one of us unique. Our thoughts, our choice, behavior and reaction to various things.

We are scared of snakes because we have been told that they are poisonous but some die even if non-poisonous snake bites them! We are programmed at the initial stages and that's the stage when we just observe and keep quiet. Real fun begins after this, you start reacting because the pictures in your mind help you take actions.

You know that your parents want you to study, but you don't want to because it's about your choice now!! Crappy situation!! you don't want to sit quiet and observe anymore, you wanna hang out with friends, try every single thing you were asked not to do :) You wanna be cool and like attention. Girls like it even more :P sorry for writing the truth here. That's how humans are, they want to grab attention, this creates a bigger problem now!

How to become cool and attract people (opposite sex!!) and your future needs to be planned! What to do??!! fun or books?? Girls or books?? Guys or books?? He/She has a partner, no matter how much you see them fighting, you need a partner. Not because you really want one, maybe because all others have :) Copying - Another bad human nature :)

There's a difference here. Guy looks at a cool guy and says "lallu saala!", female sees a hot girl and wants to be like her by wearing smaller clothes, tone changes, reactions change, blah blah... Dad calls to ask how you are doing in studies, you are in a party and say "Can I call you later dad?, I am busy doing an assignment" :p. Friends walk away for girls and drugs, now you either want to be with someone or start drinking or doping. College is going to end! What the hell??!! This can't happen, it had just started shaping up! Another tragedy!

Dressing up for office in formals! Naah, no way!! You walk in and realize that you can't sleep anymore :) Now you wanna have fun, party hard, bunk, drink, hang out, beat the shit out of your ex! but you have no time :) One fine day, Dad calls and says "We are looking for a girl/boy for you" Another freaking kick on your ass! You put the phone down and hit hard on the table "Man! This is not done" I wanna enjoy!

Time passes, you get married, have kids! Typical family life, waiting for weekends so that you can spend some time with loved ones. Time does not allow you to do that as well! I'll switch my job!! money, progress, health, name, fame, responsibilities and one fine day...........

"Just one life, make the best out of it!" All it needs is planning...

Youth!

Hey buddy, last night was real fun! couldn't have been better... The stuff was too good. I was freaking tripping,  shall we make a few more drinks? Check out the new iPhone, dad got mad at me when I asked him to buy me one, how would he know about this crazy shit!

Depressants, sedatives, girls, gadgets and drugs! Is that what youth should be discussing. Imagine the next generation... It freaks me out. Where the hell are we heading, what made this happen? I am really disheartened with the way they act. Their talks, attitude and language. Makes me go mad, what can make them understand why they should not be doing what they are. All this stuff is really exciting and catchy! I agree but the end results look something like this

All this started with weekend fun. That's not what I say , they speak! They are dying to live a normal life and youth runs after drugs and alcohol! why? All I want to say is stop! Don't please.... for yourself... for your life...

Human Nature

We always think about human beings but most of us do not even bother about other living beings, this is very natural because human beings are selfish! Yes, I do accept that we are selfish because being selfless is also being selfish because it gives you happiness. Doesn't it? The concept is we do what we like and think is good but not everything we think is good is actually good. I sit and think what can transform this way of living and prceiving things and the answer is pretty simple "CHANGE THE WAY YOU THINK"

I don't know if this sounds simple or difficult but that is what can make a difference. Can we not see life and love in everyone's eyes? If not, why? This world is not black and white, it's grey :) Sounds funny but that's the way it is. Watch a pet doing funny stuff and you'll get attracted to it, just because you do not assume that it's good or bad and do not try to judge it by it's looks but by it's actions and yes, actions are really important.

Deeds play a very important role in determining what a living body is. As soon as you see a snake you are scared, only and only because you have been told that it bites! Did it ever bite you or have you even come across one? For most of us, the answer is no! Okay, I do not want you to find one and hold it but I wanted to say that we humans are programmed slowly and are good at heart by birth. Who made us wrong? We? No!

It is the way we are told things are and as soon we see one or two instances that match what were told, we start assuming things, now this is normal because it's not our fault but there's a way "WE CAN AVOID IT". A question comes, how? Be fair and try to access most of the actions you do. Was it correct? Was it required? The habit of questioning things can make a lot of difference because humans tend to hide stuff they want to but at the same time are more attracted to what they do not want! That results in guilt and it can help us a lot if we try to attack the root cause of guilt rather than trying to kill it by getting in touch with people who would support you! Yes, we try to console ourselves. A good deed makes you feel good inside while bad one kills you slowly.

Do not kill yourself, learn the art of living and fill this short life with love and joy!
